Vacation® Inc review

Classic Spray SPF 30

The Vacation SPF is a lovely scented, reef friendly and aerosol-free spray sunscreen. It smells great, and is affordable at $20 for a 6.0 oz bottle. I loved that this product was easy to apply and has a twist-turn nozzle to keep the can from leaking or spraying in your beach bag. What I didn’t like about Vacation SPF was that it only has 30 SPF, which isn’t much protection, especially in Colorado, so I wish there was a 45 or 50 option. I also felt that this product is tough to reapply. I spend a lot of time at the pool, and when I reapplied after being in the water, the product balled up and felt pilly and gross on my skin. I experienced the same when I worked out outside. Once I was sweaty and tried to reapply, it left a film and pilled on my skin. While I do love the smell, it’s not great for wearing under makeup because the scent combats with your other products.

Overall, I don’t recommend it if you're going to be in water all day or sweaty because it pills and is difficult to reapply. This product is affordable and smells good, but it’s pale in comparison to other SPFs with better protection and a less contrary formulas that don’t ball up or pill when you’re in the water or sweaty.
