Tata Harper review

I was gifted products from Beauty Tap and Tata Harper in my return for my honest review, so I wanted to share my experience with the brand and the products.

Overall, I enjoyed them! That said, they’re completely out of my price range for skincare. I was gifted ~$400 in skincare for these 5 products which means that the average cost for each product was around $80. While buying these products for myself would be unrealistic, I realize that I may not be their primary audience.

From researching the brand, I understand that they’re advertising to clean beauty lovers who invest in luxury packaging and localized, organically farmed ingredients that are high-quality and concentrated. I completely align with this mission, even if my budget rules me out of their target audience.

Tata Harper is the ultimate choice for those seeking clean, ethical beauty products that marry efficacy with exquisite design. Based in Vermont, the brand’s commitment to sustainability and transparency is evident in every step—from local farming initiatives to in-house manufacturing. While the price point is steeper than many competitors, Tata Harper delivers high-performing, fragrance-free formulations without filler ingredients, ensuring you're paying for quality, not hype.

Featuring over 300 potent raw ingredients sourced from 68 countries, Tata Harper prioritizes innovation with botanicals like Edelweiss Stem Cells and African Wild Grape. This is luxury skincare with integrity—pure, powerful, and truly transformative.

Resurfacing Serum ($92)

The Tata Harper Resurfacing Serum is a skincare game-changer for anyone seeking glow-boosting, antioxidant-rich, and texture-refining benefits. Its powerhouse blend of BHA, glycolic acid, and lactic acid works to gently exfoliate and reveal radiant skin, while squalane keeps things soft and hydrated. Arnica and citric acid add soothing and brightening effects, making it a multitasking marvel. With 100% natural and nearly half of its ingredients organically farmed, this serum feels like a luxe treat for your skin and the planet. Lightweight and effective, it's perfect for layering into your routine for a dewy, healthy finish.

Water-Lock Moisturizer ($68)

Tata Harper’s Water Lock Moisturizer is a multitasking hero, combining hydration and priming in one lightweight, silicone-free formula. Orange peptides and pomegranate spheres create a breathable barrier for a smooth, makeup-ready finish, while macro hyaluronic acid locks in moisture. Perfect for combating dryness and uneven texture, it simplifies your routine with its moisturizer-primer hybrid design, so no extra primer is needed when you’re applying makeup. Bonus: it’s refillable and eco-friendly! If you’re in a sunny climate or are outdoors a lot, use with sunscreen and be mindful that the AHA content may increase sun sensitivity and could result in sunburn. Ideal for fresh, dewy skin all day long, this product is as functional as it is luxurious.
